Sitting for longer hours at a stretch has become a routine for most of people. Children are engaged in indoor games more than outdoor ones. They like to spend more time on TV, Mobile phones, video games.  Youth spend hours on their computers, laptops and mobile phones, and working people are engaged in sitting jobs. So it has elevated the problem of obesity, hypertension, and many more. Consequently, It becomes pertinent to utilize energy and fats obtained from diet and it becomes essential to burn calories to stay hale and hearty. When we keep sitting and continue taking our regular meals, at the end we end up gaining weight. Thus, to burn calories it is always advisable to burn calories by decreasing the duration of sitting for longer hours continuously.  It is always good to have a break so that sitting duration can be reduced a bit.
